Symacap, as a member of technical committees, is participating in the settlement of national norms (U.N.M.) and European norms (C.E. N.).

The rubber standardization unit . The management of the rubber standards collection was entrusted to UNM in September 2002 with the creation of a new structure: the Rubber standardization unit. This structure is financed by SNCP and its orientation is decided by the Strategic Management Committee for rubber standardization. The rubber standardizing structure required the support of a specialized organization of sufficient size: UNM.
 

The European Committee for Standardization (CEN) is a business facilitator in Europe, removing trade barriers for European industry and consumers. Its mission is to foster the European economy in global trading, the welfare of European citizens and the environment. Through its services it provides a platform for the development of European Standards and other technical specifications.

SYMACAP has the expertise to give its agreement on norms such as AFNOR or ISO.

Standardisation: AFNOR develops the reference systems required by economic players to promote their strategic and commercial development. As European and International standardisation represents more than 80% of its work, AFNOR is influential in representing French interests within these standardisation authorities.

Study and promulgation of security & recommendations norms for Europeen manufacturers of plastic and rubber machineries.
From 2011 up to 2020 SYMACAP is in charge to internal Euromap commission to study and put in force the new European Recommendation EuP norm concerning reduction consuption energy. 2020 -20% of enthalpic consumption.
